On the afternoon of January 7, 2022, the final of the school's fourth Young Teacher Skills Competition was held in the 515 recording and broadcasting classroom of Boyuan No. 4 Teaching Building. More than 60 people, including Kang Qian, secretary of the School Party committee, Du Huiping, Principal, Zhang Xiaohong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, He Jianguo, Vice Principal, Liao Linqing, Vice Principal, and the main heads of organizing committee members, were present to observe the competitors. The competition was streamed for the whole school through a live webcast.

President Du Huiping read out the competition rankings of the Fourth Young Teacher Skills Competition of Chongqing University of Technology during the introduction. Secretary Kang praised the competition and put forward the requirements for the contestants. In the end, the participating teachers Chen Lin, Hu Guang, and Deng Xiuyuan got first place and grand award, and Wu Yu, Zou Yuan, Guo Changwen, and Meng Tiantian won second place.
