Chinese Language Student Program

It provides training in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, writing and culture. The length of schooling is one year or semester with the beginning of term in February, March or September. CQUT has set up elementary Chinese course, intermediate Chinese course and advanced Chinese course. At the end of the studies, the students will receive a post-experience certificate and transcript from CQUT.

Undergraduate Program

The length of schooling is four years with the beginning of term in September. Majors cover 8 disciplines, such as science, engineering, literature, economics, management, law and arts. In accordance with the “Implementing Rules on the Awarding of Bachelor Degree for International Students of CQUT” (Trial) (the 47th document issued by CQUT in 2018), those who meet the requirements will be awarded the degree of CQUT and the graduation certificate.

All-Chinese Program: It has four years of schooling without any limitation of the major. The international students will be taught in the same class with the Chinese students.

All-English Teaching Reform Experimental Class:It has four years of schooling with a separate class for international students. It is established for those majoring in computer science and engineering as well as pharmacy.

Joint Training Program:It is a cooperative program launched with foreign friends schools.

Postgraduate Program

The length of schooling is three years with the beginning of term in September and there is no limitation in major. In accordance with the “Regulations on Degree Awarding of CQUT” (the 82th document issued by CQUT in 2012), those who meet the requirements will be awarded the degree of CQUT and the graduation certificate.
