On January 11, 2022, Dr. Xia Xiaochao from the School of Materials published a research paper entitled “One-step synthesis of sequence-controlled multiblock polymers with up to 11 segments from monomer mixture.“ It was published online in the Nature sub-journal Nature Communications, reporting a one-step simple synthesis of sequence-controlled multiblock copolymer with a specific number of blocks and sequence.

So far, the faculty of the School of Materials have published three papers in the Nature sub-journals Nature Communications and the Science sub-journal Science Advances. Topics include polymer long afterglow luminescent materials, core-shell multi-block copolymer controllable synthesis, and several fields.
